Torrance City Attorneys Get an Extra Pay Increase

Four deputy city attorneys for Torrance have been given an extra 3% pay hike to bring their salaries in line with those paid by other cities.
Under a contract approved by the Torrance City Council early Wednesday, the four attorneys will be paid $5,668 per month. In July, the attorneys were given the same 5.1% increase granted to most other city employees.
The contract also calls for two annual pay increases to a maximum of $6,249 per month.
