New Oracle Corp. Unit Is Established

BELMONT, Calif. — Oracle Corp. said it had formed a network products division.
Oracle said new products from the division will be announced and delivered in the fourth quarter of 1989.
The products will be available through Oracle’s existing distribution channels, the company said.
Oracle also said the division will develop new software tools and develop products and services that will enable customers to operate, administer and maintain their information systems.
