Chemical Arms

I hope we scrap 80% of our chemical arms stockpile. But a tiny question:
Where will we put it? We can’t bury it; that would poison the earth. We can’t burn it; that would pollute the air. We can’t dump it at sea; that would menace the whales and plankton. We can’t rocket it into outer space; it might hit some unknown planet light years beyond Neptune. We could get sued for everything we used to have.
The stuff must have come from somewhere on earth, except for traces of cosmic dust. If we could just find out where, and put it all back, maybe we could stop worrying.
