Bender, Dozier Win WSC Honors

Fullback Wes Bender of Glendale College and tailback Donald Dozier of Valley were selected Western State Conference offensive players of the week.
Bender rushed for 113 yards in 11 carries and scored four touchdowns in the Vaqueros’ 62-26 victory over L. A. Harbor last Saturday. Dozier carried 13 times for 153 yards and four touchdowns in Valley’s 62-3 win over West L. A.
