Colombian to Visit Japan

TOKYO — Colombian President Virgilio Barco Vargas will visit Japan on Dec. 5-8, the Foreign Ministry said Friday. Barco will meet Prime Minister Toshiki Kaifu and Emperor Akihito during his visit, officials said.
