OOSTENDE, Belgium — The World Basketball League All-Star team won its second straight Belgium International Tournament, sweeping three games over the weekend.
The WBL edged host SunAir 91-89 Christmas night as Illinois Express teammates Alfredrick Hughes and Andrew Moten had 20 and 14 points, respectively, and Willie Bland of the Youngstown Pride added 15.
