Diamond Bar : Planning Panel Named

The City Council on Tuesday appointed the city’s first Planning Commission, which will meet twice a month starting Wednesday.
The commissioners are: Clair Harmony, 49, owner of California Financial Leasing, an equipment leasing and financing company; Jack Grothe, 34, president of JG Enterprises, a general contracting firm; Robert Kane, 45, manager of the Alhambra/San Gabriel district office of the Automobile Club of Southern California; Grace Lin, 39, a Chino real estate agent; and David Schey, 37, owner of Schey and Associates, a golf course developer.
The commission meetings will start at 7 p.m. and will be held at 880 S. Lemon Ave., Walnut.
