PERTH, Australia — Bond Corp. Holdings Ltd. won a reprieve today as the Western Australian Supreme Court dismissed a government petition to liquidate the media, brewing, natural resources and property empire.

“There is no evidence that the creditors of (Bond Corp.) aren’t being paid,” the judge said.
