Goodbye Halo, Wishing Well On Block at Keeneland Sales

Lexington,Ky. — Goodbye Halo, one of the leading female runners of the past two years, will be among 1,048 horses offered during Keeneland’s three-day January Horses of All Ages Sale that begins Monday.
Goodbye Halo, racing for the partnership of Arthur Hancock III and Alex Campbell Jr. during most of her career, won 11 races, including seven Grade I events, and earned $1.7 million.
Wishing Well, dam of 19889 Kentucky Derby and Breeders’s Cup Classic winner Sunday Silence, also will be sold.
Wishing Well, in foal to Halo, is carrying a full brother or full sister to Sunday silence.
