Congeleur Withstands Foul Claim

NEW YORK — Congeleur, ridden by Angel Cordero, withstood a claim of foul in earning a neck victory in the $86,700 Aqueduct Handicap Saturday.
After Congeleur completed 1 1/16 miles in 1:44 4/5, Art Madrid, the rider of second-place finisher Silver Surivior, lodged a foul claim. But it was disallowed by stewards.
