GOOD GRIEF: While Peanuts creator Charles Schulz is in Paris, where the French are honoring Snoopy (F4), plans are under way for 40th anniversary celebrations at Knott’s Berry Farm, the official home of the strip’s characters. . . . The Buena Park attraction, competing with the 35th birthday of Disneyland, will mark the occasion with a summerlong ice show and daily parades in August at Camp Snoopy.
