Furniture Firm Acquired: An investment group led by Henry Robinson, chairman of Trendwest Furniture Manufacturing, has acquired the Carson-based maker of water bed furniture and other bedroom furniture and brought it out of Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. The company was bought from a group that included Robinson’s family trust and his former partner, David Hoffman.
