Scholarship Applications Available

Pasadena’s Department of Water and Power is accepting applications for the 1990 Careers in Public Utility Engineering Scholarship. The deadline is March 9.
The program is open to all 1990 high school graduates who live in Pasadena. The purpose is to help economically disadvantaged students pursue a four-year degree in engineering and to recruit more minority, female and disabled people to the city’s engineering work force.
Applications are available at City Hall, Personnel Department, Room 146, 100 N. Garfield Ave.
