Laguna Hills Woman Is 4th in Pageant

LAS VEGAS — Pamela Walker of Laguna Hills finished fourth in the Mrs. America pageant on Monday.
Jennifer Johnson of Edmond, Okla., was crowned Mrs. America. The 28-year-old volunteer worker topped 49 other contestants to win the 13th annual Mrs. America crown and an assortment of prizes. She is the wife of an attorney and the mother of a 2-year-old and an 8-month-old.
First runner-up was Lou Ann Ritchie of Wichita, Kan.
Kim Foley of Atlanta came in third, followed by Walker and Lorre Gault of Barboursville, W.Va.
The pageant finals at the Flamingo Hilton were taped for television syndication.
