NO LOVE LOST: The lame duck Raiders (A1) never were a big item in Orange County. . . . Only 10% of those polled here recently by The Times said they followed the Raiders closely, compared to 33% for the Rams and 29% for the Angels and Lakers. . . . Even the Dodgers were twice as popular here as the Raiders.
