Going North: It is only fair that as the Canadians are sending us their development and real estate syndication companies, we send something north.
Carole Eichen Interiors, a Santa Ana firm which specializes in model home and sales office design, has been retained to do the interiors of two townhouse models for Quay Developments Ltd. of Vancouver, Canada.
Eichen Interiors isn’t new to Canada. In the past decade, the company has done model interiors for three other Canadian developers. Founded in 1966, the firm also has worked for builders in Germany and France and, for the past seven years, has been cultivating the Japanese market and has designed interiors for six of the Western-style developments that are catching on in Japan.
