2 Huntington Beach Surfers Advance

HUNTINGTON BEACH — Craig Bechtloff and Mark Moreno of Huntington Beach were among eight surfers who advanced Wednesday in the first day of the Dive N’ Stuff Surf Pro-Am at Bolsa Chica State Beach.

The first round was delayed until 2 p.m. when the fog lifted. The rest of the first round and second round will be completed today, weather permitting, starting at 7:15 a.m. The contest continues through the weekend and ends Sunday.
