Lowe Blow:: A Japanese advertising firm has sued actor Rob Lowe over an ad campaign featuring Lowe that was pulled because of the publicity associated with the actor’s infamous sex tape. Hakuhodo Inc. claims it lost more than $1.6 million due to the lack of advertising for Suzuki’s Cultus, a car model not sold in the United States. The company pulled the ads when a tape apparently showing Lowe having sex with two females--one of them 16-- became public.
