Man Found Shot to Death Behind Bus Bench

A 49-year-old West Los Angeles man was found shot to death Friday morning behind a bus bench at Santa Monica and Westwood boulevards.
The body of Carlos Armando Berrara was discovered by a passer-by who notified police, according to Detective Lee Kingsford of the Los Angeles Police Department’s West Los Angeles station.
Kingsford said no witnesses had been found and there was no indication of why Berrara was slain.
