AMI Sells Four Swiss Hospitals: American Medical International Inc. agreed to sell its Swiss hospitals for about $167 million to Klinik Hirslanden AG. The deal is part of the Beverly Hills-based hospital chain’s aggressive program to sell assets, including its foreign hospitals. AMI’s Swiss operations consist of four acute care hospitals in Zurich, Aarau, Bern and Lausanne.
