Guns N’ Marriage: Guns N’ Roses singer Axl Rose tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend Erin Everly last Friday in a surprise Las Vegas ceremony. Rose and Everly (daughter of Everly Brother Don) took a spur-of-the-moment pre-dawn limo ride from Los Angeles to Vegas’ Cupid’s Chapel, where they were wed to the strains of Sam Cooke’s “Cupid.” In a 1988 interview with The Times, Rose said that he’d written the hit “Sweet Child O’ Mine” for Everly. “She was the first person who inspired me to write a happy love song,” he said.
