Commodities Scandal Heads for Trial: The scandal that shook the futures industry is headed for a federal courtroom, where three of 47 indicted traders will fight charges they bought and sold the integrity of the marketplace by swindling customers. Jury selection is set to begin today in the trial of Robert D. Mosky, Danny L. Scheck and David Zatz, three traders of Swiss franc futures on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
