Steve Trammell has been appointed senior vice president, development services, for the Mission Viejo Co., a planned community and land development firm. His responsibilities will include engineering and construction of all land and facilities for California projects. Trammell, who joined the company in 1980 as vice president of residential construction, was promoted to division senior vice president, development services, in 1987. Previously, he was associated with Arnel Development, Kaiser/Aetna and the Larwin Co.
