TUTU: When Anglican Bishop Desmond Tutu of South Africa speaks tonight in Santa Ana, he will receive a key to the city from City Councilman Miguel A. Pulido Jr. . . . The event is sold out, according to Leonora Will, of the sponsoring Episcopal Church of the Messiah, who says that will help dispel the notion that people here are insensitive to the struggle against apartheid. “Contrary to popular opinion, there are some people here in Orange County who care about those things.”
