NEDERLAND, Colo. — Rescuers worked Sunday to recover the bodies of two British hikers who were killed when they were caught in a freak spring blizzard on 13,397-foot South Arapahoe Peak.
The bodies of the man and woman, both in their 20s, were located Saturday by members of the Rocky Mountain Rescue Group. A second man, also believed to be in his 20s, survived the ordeal, officials said. He suffered only minor injuries.
