Last Herald Issues

While perusing the Classified section of The Times, I encountered the following three “collectible” ads: “Last issue Herald Examiner $1,000 . . . “; “The last edition of the Herald Examiner $250 . . . “ and “The Herald Examiner last edition $100.”

Mere months after the Herald ceased operation, I am amused at the wide range of perceived gullibility displayed here. At these prices, maybe the Herald could have stayed in business!
