LOCAL : Tractor Kills Boy, 4, in Lancaster

A 4-year-old boy was crushed to death when he fell off a tractor at a construction site in Lancaster and was run over while his mother watched, the Los Angeles County sheriff’s office reported today.
Shawn Sconce of the Stockton area was killed at 8:50 p.m. Wednesday at the construction site in the 3000 block of Lancaster Boulevard, Sgt. Joseph Dymerski said.
