NATION IN BRIEF : NEW YORK : Dart Blower Hits His 52nd Victim

A mysterious attacker dubbed by Manhattan’s tabloid newspapers as the “Dartman” has hit his 52nd female victim in the mid-town area, police said. The Dartman, over the last 10 days, has blown homemade darts at the backs and buttocks of well-dressed women. Not all of the darts have reached their mark, some becoming entangled in clothing. No one has been seriously hurt.
