AT LAST: To the dismay of English teachers and newspaper copyreaders, Childrens Hospital opened in Orange in 1964 with a promising future but a missing apostrophe. . . . Children is plural, and therefore the possessive is children’s, but for 25 years hospital tradition held firm. On Thursday, however, the hospital will ceremoniously yield to propriety and dedicate the new apostrophe on the hospital tower. “We’ll be grammatically correct at last,” said a spokeswoman.
