PREP NOTES : Irvine High School Names New Athletic Directors, Coaches

IRVINE — Rick Curtis has been named athletic director at Irvine High School, replacing Barry Schulenburg, who resigned.
Last year, Curtis was an assistant football and basketball coach, and golf coach at Irvine. Previously, he had been football coach at University High.
Lisa Limp has been named assistant athletic director at Irvine. She had been the girls’ athletic director but wanted to devote more time to coaching softball.
Also at Irvine: Darrell Prescott has been named boys’ soccer coach, and Mark Mednick has been named boys’ volleyball coach.
