National Health Care Settlement Reached: Irvine-based National Health Care Systems Inc. said Friday it has reached a settlement with the California Department of Corporations that lets it resume marketing and accepting new enrollments into its Denticare prepaid dental insurance plans. But the Irvine-based health maintenance organization said it has promised not to sell any indemnity insurance plans again until it has approval from the state Department of Corporations.
