Why No Arrests Made in Racial Attack on Girl?

What happened to Amber Jefferson was a barbaric, savage, disgusting incident, and the fact that the Orange County Sheriff’s Department has not made any arrests makes me fighting mad. Regardless of how the confrontation started, it is obvious that Amber had nothing to do with it, was an innocent bystander and was trying to get away when she was attacked.
If an arrest and prosecution of the assailants does not occur, I will only have to come to the conclusion that there is no such thing as “equal protection under law.”
