St. Francis 27, St. Bernard 0--John Willis ran for two touchdowns and passed for a third as the Knights posted their second consecutive shutout.

Willis ran for touchdowns of one and 14 yards and tossed an eight-yard pass to Pat Escamilla for another score at St. Bernard. Larry Duenas ran five yards for St. Francis’ other touchdown.

St. Francis (2-0) surpassed its victory total of 1989, when it finished 1-9. St. Bernard (1-1) was held to 102 yards.
