Anaheim Suspect, 18, Surrenders in Slaying

SANTA ANA — An Anaheim man has surrendered in connection with the shooting death of one man and the wounding of another two weeks ago at Mile Square Park in Fountain Valley, police said Tuesday.
Minh Cong Do, 18, turned himself in to Garden Grove police Monday evening, authorities said. Garden Grove police handed Do over to Orange County sheriff’s homicide detectives who have been handling the investigation of the Sept. 8 attack.
After several hours of questioning by sheriff’s investigators, Do was arrested on suspicion of murder and attempted murder, authorities said.
Four other suspects are still being sought in connection with the slaying of Hoa Le, 34, of Los Angeles. Ngoc Lee Phung, 26, of Anaheim, was wounded in the shooting.
