The body of a woman was found Tuesday in bushes near Ash Street and California 163 near Balboa Park, police said.
Her identity was not available.
A passer-by found the body about 7:30 a.m., police spokesman Bill Robinson said. The woman appeared to be in her late 30s. She was fully clothed. There were no visible injuries to the body and a cause of death had not been determined Tuesday.
Homicide detectives were investigating.
