Bren, Wilson Ties Are No Surprise

Your letters (Sept. 30) mentioning Donald L. Bren’s ties to Pete Wilson come as no surprise to us who lived in San Diego when Pete Wilson was mayor.
He was opposed many times at City Council meetings for his close ties to real estate interests with signs declaring him to be “The Best Mayor Money Can Buy.”
Pete is simply repeating.
