George Fisher, 52, who established a mail-order business for books about homosexuals. Fisher, born in Los Angeles, created his Elysian Fields catalogue in New York in 1972. His listings included gay and lesbian books ranging from paperback novels to rare limited editions, representing a comprehensive history of homosexuality and the gay rights movement.
