New Transportation Aide

WASHINGTON — President Bush announced Thursday that he will name Marion Clifton Blakey as spokeswoman for the Transportation Department. Blakey, whose title will be assistant secretary of transportation for public affairs, is public affairs director for the Commerce Department.
