Cambodia Says U.S. Pressured Dancers: Cambodia’s Vietnamese-installed government has criticized what it calls an attempt by the U.S. State Department to pressure Cambodian dancers to defect during their American tour. Four members of a 36-member Cambodian classical dance troupe have defected during the tour. The tour, which ended Sunday in New York, is the first cultural exchange between the United States and Cambodia since the Vietnam War.
