* Jim Gorman has joined the Newport Beach office of Korn/Ferry International, an executive search firm. He was previously vice president and partner for the firm’s real estate division in Chicago. Before joining Korn/Ferry in 1988, Gorman was vice chairman of a Chicago real estate appraisal and consulting firm, and before that, was a mortgage banker and lending officer with a real estate investment trust.
