Fox Laughs on Sundays: Fox’s stand-up comedy show “Comic Strip Live” will shift into “Against the Law’s” 10 p.m. spot on Sundays, with that low-rated but critically praised courtroom drama moving to the 9 p.m. Friday time slot Nov. 16 to replace the police drama “DEA.” “DEA” will return later this season, Fox said. Fox President Peter Chernin said viewers “want and expect comedy from us on Sunday nights.”
