Occidental 42, Pomona-Pitzer 10--In the oldest rivalry on the West Coast, junior quarterback Scott Thompson completed 11 of 16 passes for 302 yards and three touchdowns and senior running back Craig Hartley rushed for 82 yards and three touchdowns to lead Occidental at Strehle Field.
Occidental improved to 6-3, 4-1.
