David L. Hardin Jr. has been named senior vice president, manager of branch operations for Valley Federal Savings and Loan Assn., based in Van Nuys. Harden formerly was senior vice president and director of retail operations for Columbia Savings.
Hardin also worked as vice president and southern region manager for World Savings and as director of cash management for Levingston Industries in Texas.
