Trident Missile Launch From Sub Is a Success

KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, Fla. — A Trident 2 ballistic missile was launched Wednesday from a cruising submarine off the Florida coast, the Air Force said. The successful test was the fourth from a submarine and the 32nd flight of the missile since January, 1987.
