James D. Woods has joined the board of Wynn’s International Inc. Woods is chairman, president and chief executive of Baker Hughes Inc., a petroleum industry equipment and services company. He is also a director of the Petroleum Equipment Suppliers Assn., American Petroleum Institute, Itel Corp. and Varco International Inc. Wynn’s International, based in Fullerton, is a diversified manufacturer of automotive air conditioners, petrochemical specialty products, builders’ hardware supplies and other products.
