Pasadena : Grant for Homeless Shelter

Union Station, a nonprofit organization that runs a South Raymond Avenue homeless shelter, has received a $5,000 grant from the Food For All program.
The award was given in memory of Nancy Chandler, a Lucky supermarket executive involved in Food For All who died in 1988 of a heart attack.
Food For All is a nonprofit organization based in Redlands that collects money from grocery shoppers and funnels it to social service agencies. Last fiscal year it raised $463,000.
