New Headmistress of Webb Schools Named

Susan A. Nelson has been named head of The Webb Schools in Claremont, effective next July. Nelson currently is head of Vivian Webb School, which along with Webb School of California makes up The Webb Schools.
After Donald A. Reed, headmaster of Webb School of California, announced that he would resign, the board of trustees decided to combine the positions.
Nelson will be responsible for all aspects of both schools, and the day-to-day operations of each will be under two deans.
