OXNARD : Motorcyclist Hurt in Freeway Accident

A motorcyclist received major injuries while traveling in the fast lane on the Ventura Freeway near Central Avenue in Oxnard when a worn tire went flat and he hit the center divider.
Ben Mitchell, 27, of Oxnard, was transported to St. John’s Regional Medical Center and is reported in fair condition.
