Man Leaps to Death From Eiffel Tower’s 1st Level

PARIS — An unidentified 46-year-old man jumped to his death Friday off the first level of the Eiffel Tower as hundreds of horrified tourists looked on, police reported.
Since the tower opened in 1889, 368 people have committed suicide there.
