The Planning Commission has made way for two new condominium projects and a computer training classroom site in the city.
The board voted last week to allow Coastline Community College to offer training on 25 personal computers at a building at 2026 Quail St.
The first nine-week class will begin Feb. 4; the second will begin April 15.
The commission also voted to allow two property owners to convert their multiunit rentals to condominiums.
Kent S. Moore’s 5,500-square-foot duplex will become two units on Ocean Boulevard in Corona del Mar. William Ficker is converting his 18-unit apartment complex in the Eastbluff area.
